Interswitch, one of the frontline integrated payments and digital commerce companies in Africa, has strengthened its support for Nigeria’s Federal Government revenue collection drive through its participation as a Payment Service Solution Provider (PSSP) on the Revenue Assurance and Optimization Platform (RevOP).
The RevOP is part of the government’s sustained initiatives aimed at improving transparency, enhancing revenue assurance, and enabling real-time collection of revenues across the Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
With its integration into the RevOP platform, Interswitch continues to enable secure, end-to-end processing of payments initiated via the portal. Transactions are seamlessly routed into the TSA framework, ensuring compliance with government’s financial regulations and efficient and accountable revenue management.
Speaking on the company’s collaboration with the government on the RevOP platform, Managing Director, INCLUSIO at Interswitch, Muyiwa Asagba, said the company remained committed to supporting government-led financial reforms through secure and efficient payment solutions.
