NAICOM Launches Management Portal For Insurers’ Complaints

In demonstration of readiness to receive and promptly handle public complaints on the insurance industry, the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) has launched its techno-powered Complaint Management Portal.

The insurance industry regulatory commission, which made this disclosure in a statement on Tuesday, indicated that “the portal offers a streamlined and user-friendly platform for addressing all Insurance related complaints.

“The Commission is urging the public to effectively utilise the platform to reach out to the Commission on all Insurance related complaints”, it added.
